This policy describes what information Permitect collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have, in plain language, the same way we cite our findings. It covers permitect.ai and the Permitect products. Two commitments come first: we collect only what the product needs to review your documents and answer your questions, and we never sell personal information.

What we collect

Information you give us.When you contact us or request a demo, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, organization, and your message. When you use the products, we collect what’s needed to run them: a project address, the plan sets and documents you upload for review, and the questions you ask.

Technical basics.Like most websites, our servers record standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We don’t run advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to provide the service — running reviews, answering permitting questions, and preparing your submission packet — and to keep the platform reliable and secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your uploaded documents to train foundation AI models.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run our infrastructure (such as cloud hosting and email delivery), with the jurisdiction you choose to submit your application to, and where the law requires it. No data brokers, no ad networks.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as it’s needed for the purposes above. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reach us through the contact formand we’ll respond promptly.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service, and our infrastructure runs on cloud providers in the United States.

Children

Permitect is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
